You didn’t expect our roster to include ordinary Trainers, did you? Fact is, some of our Trainers are ex IDF soldiers who headed up elite IDF units and trained soldiers in combat training. Our other top trainers have a variety of superior skills in high end fitness disciplines. We’re highly trained to offer an array of martial arts including: Krav Maga (Israeli self defence); Mixed Martial Arts (MMA); Judo; Sambo (Russian martial arts). Best of all, you don’t have to join the army to take advantage of this vast knowledge base.
SELF DEFENCE:
Gain the ability and skill to know how to strike, when to strike and what to strike, when confronted in different situations. Learn one-on-one, and train in a high end, fully equipped Dojo room with highly qualified trainers.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS:
You may not know what striking and grappling are now, but you’ll learn about these fighting techniques quickly when you take on this sport. Skills mastered include how to gain physical advantage and how to escape from a dangerous situation while standing and on the ground.
JUDO:
Get fit while learning the principles of balance and leverage from a 3rd level Black Belt, national and international Judo champion. (Our clients deserve nothing but the best!) Techniques covered include how to subdue or throw your opponent to the ground using a variety of rolls, falls, throws, hold downs, chokes, joint-locks, strikes, throwing and groundwork.
SAMBO:
Where else do you get a chance to train in the same manner as the Russian elite units? Our qualified coaches use Sambo’s cross disciplinary approach to focus on take downs and submission holds, making this a great workout combining fitness and strategy.
KRAV MAGA:
Learn from people who have actually been out in the field; our Trainers come to us direct from Israel, with real army experience in Krav Maga and hand to hand combat. You’ll learn threat neutralization, simultaneous defensive and offensive manoeuvres, hard line techniques, and you’ll learn from the best.
BOXING/KICK BOXING:
Get a great cardio and strength workout using heavy bags, gloves and mitts in our specialized Martial Arts room, where we’ll pump up your muscles and really get you going.
